The dinner

An Evening of Intentional Indulgence

Our dinner experience is designed to showcase the best of the season, bringing together fresh flavors, local harvests, and a touch of creativity that highlights our region’s cultivators. Every course gets lifted with fresh local harvests, terpene magic, and cannabis-inspired flavors that’ll keep you vibin’ all night long.

SAMPLE MENU

*Subject to Change*

Sparkler – Seasonal melons from local farms are transformed into a house-made syrup, blended with sparkling water and accented with selected terpenes. It’s a bright, bubbly way to open the evening and a demonstration of how seasonal flavors can be extended with intention.

Appetizers– Gather and graze from small tasting plates, sparking conversation and connection:

  • Goat Cheese Crostini with seasonal fruit jam, finished with a delicate terpene drizzle.

  • Baked Pita Chips with a vibrant herb-leaf chimichurri salsa, spotlighting the unique harvest of another local cultivator.

Family Style Dinner – A communal table overflowing with dishes that honor both tradition and innovation:

  • Herb Leaves & Local Greens Salad – A mix of hemp or cannabis leaves, local greens, and sunflower shoots, dressed in a house-made vinaigrette that may feature a terpene infusion.

  • Roasted Seasonal Vegetables – Market-driven, kissed with herbs and fire for deep, comforting flavor.

  • Pasta Selection – Choose between two thoughtfully prepared pastas:

    • Herb Pesto Linguini with cheese, using cannabis leaves for a bold and herbaceous twist.

    • Carbonara-Inspired Linguini – Crisp prosciutto, farm-fresh poached egg, and an aged gouda cheese sauce for a decadent yet grounding option.

Sweet Finish & Beyond – Dessert is being dreamed up, with plans for a late-night “munchies” bite and a soothing after-dinner tea to close the evening gently.

This dinner is more than a meal—it’s an exploration of flavor, farming, and connection, served with care and intention.

GROVE

  • Justic with cacao & I

Cacao & I is a ceremonial cacao project rooted in ritual, reciprocity, and remembrance. We honor the wisdom of plants and the earth, using cacao as a bridge to deeper connection—with ourselves, our communities, and the natural world. Through mindful preparation, earth-based rituals, and sensory experiences, we guide people to slow down, awaken their senses, and remember the joy, grounding, and vitality that comes from living in harmony with the rhythms of nature.

Our mission is to cultivate spaces of reflection, healing, and celebration where cacao becomes a catalyst for embodiment, creativity, and communion. We work with the energetic and medicinal properties of plants to awaken the senses, inspire ritual, and remind people of their inherent connection to the earth, each other, and the sacred flow of life
